Course coordinators are Program instructors. Course coordination responsibilities are defined by Bilkent Quality Management in Education (QME) procedures as follows:

• • write/revise the course syllabus before the semester begins
  • write/revise the Learning Outcomes of the course
  • define the assessment(s) to be used to measure each Learning Outcome
  • determine the metrics to be used for QME measurements

The co-taught courses (GE and PHIL courses) include a common assessment plan, teaching approach and course documents for the ENG-taught part of the course.
